About her
I'm generally a happy person and my friends and family say they like spending time with me.
I don't let much get me down.
I love animals particularly horses and dogs.
I love eating out, going to the cinema and the theatre.
Love music of all types, although country and western and jazz are not in my top ten.
A few years ago I turned my hobby into a business and it's doing pretty well. It does mean I'm not retired. But for the right person, I can take a day off.
I have been single by choice for over 12 years, and I think I may be ready to meet someone who will save me from spending my autumn years alone.
I live with my very active Dad, who is about to turn 96. We have a super relationship and usually carry out DIY projects together.
If I meet someone, I wouldn't want it to change my present situation too much.
I'm happy to meet and go on a date, but I don't want to move away from home for a while. But obviously my circumstances will change one day, but not too soon, I hope.
I do drive but at present I have to be ferried around as I am waiting for spinal surgery.
That doesn't stop me working or socialising as long as I can hitch a lift.
So a nice long walk in the country side or along a seaside prom is out of the question.

UPDATE..... I have had my spinal surgery so I should be recovered and up and running in 4 weeks time. HOORAY !
