My girls have recently flown the nest and I'm getting used to it just being me and the dog.
I love my sewing machine and that has helped keep me sane!
My daughter bought me a Fitbit for my birthday so I try to keep my steps up walking the dog or dancing in the kitchen lol. If you have any good dance moves I'd love to see them!
