Well I think my friends would describe me as practical and self sufficient but also very loving, I like helping others. I am very suited to my job as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
I have 3 amazing daughters who mean the world to me obviously but there is space in my life for a relationship now they are growing up and becoming more independent.
I love being outside in the elements, running, walking, horse riding or cycling in the countryside where I live. I can be a bit competitive and have got into mountain and ultra running in the past few years!
Pint of cold cider in a sunny pub garden with friends or family excellent for relaxing too!
