I'm warm and witty, strong and sensitive, a believer in people, and on a mission to help others find happiness and fulfilment... that's what makes me happy. I'm a mum, bibliophile, musician, writer who is most at ease somewhere green. Psychology and the power of the mind fascinates me, my house is full of books about this!
That said, I also have an engineer's brain (did electronics at uni a long time ago which seemed like a good idea at the time, but these days wiring a plug and the occasional bit of soldering on my son's electric guitar is about as close as I get) and I'm a bit of a geek who enjoys being buried in spreadsheets in my day job.
I love autumn, my piano, real paper books, candlelight, log fires and walking the hills where I live. I'm a real foodie and love cooking food for friends, and I find I need a little bit of peace and quiet regularly... otherwise I get a bit grumpy!
