About her
I have decided to change my profile after a pushy guy who “couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to talk to him” and told me “you are on CL for a reason” made me think about and evaluate exactly why I am on CL
.
I am missing someone to talk to, someone to moan to about the shitty things/people in the world, someone to share activities with and someone I can trust to have my back.
More about me…
I am messy even though I would love to live in a tidy house, I just find life outside the domestic is much more important and interesting.
I am independent and don’t like people invading my personal space or touching me uninvited.
I have a young Border Collie who I am still trying to figure out how to have him in my life and get my needs met as well as his!
I am a volunteer coordinator of a community allotment because I think growing your own food is one of the most empowering things a person can do.
I am kind, approachable and mind my own business but if I am challenged and pushed, I will push back!
I like making my own fermented food when I have the time, like sauerkraut and wine and I love tools. My favourites are hand tools like my tree pruning saw.
I am sensitive and sometimes the "wrong" in the world gets too much for me and I retreat but I would much rather go do something fun and laugh and smile with someone I care about!

That person would have to be kind to others, non judgemental and care about the environment. You don’t have to be an activist but you will need to be against fracking and activities that are destroying our planet and our health.
It would be good if you could share my passion for composting and growing my own food and cooking meals from scratch because you know that the food in the supermarkets are poisoning us. I also like the idea of herbal medicine and foraging. I love woodlands and the coast, DIY, solving problems, recycling and reusing so it would be nice if we had these things in common.
I am an active person but not really into sports and I am definitely not a thrill seeker. I don’t even like flying although I have done it many times in the past. I don’t really like boats either but I did do kayaking in Austria last year and really loved it so would love to do that again.
I would love to find someone I care about who would love to explore the UK and Europe with. France, Green Spain and Ireland etc as most of us know it is much fulfilling having nice experiences when you have someone to share them with.
Non of these things are a deal breakers because I am only human and aren’t always able to manage to practice what I preach but all I can do is my best.
