A quick update....I took a job in Geneva back in July 2019 so I now live as a frontalier commuting between France and Switzerland. Coming back to UK for Xmas though. Back to the old profile now, which hasn't really changed that much: I'm somewhat optimistic, extremely compassionate and a fairly good listener. I can be a bit oversensitive though....but not in a moody way...just in a suddenly start crying way if I hear a song that reminds me of something sad or I look at a painting that moves me. I love the thrill of learning something new, finding new music and discovering new places (even if they're just around the corner from where I live or work). I love classical literature like Dickens, Camus, Satre, Dostoyevsky and Tolstoy. I've learnt a fair amount in the last year about fine art, boot sales, antiques and tap dancing. I've always wanted to visit Paris but I've never been (only passed through). I got to go to India last year though (sadly my first time out of Europe!) and had a jolly good time despite the humidity. However, my true love is the South of France. I love the French language, french cheese, french films, writers, French wine - a true Francophile.
