Genuine, loyal, optimistic and positive. Not a girly girl I am passionate about rural life and British agriculture. I'm not afraid of rolling up my sleeves and getting my hands dirty. I am well educated and enjoy intelligent conversation but would say I have more common sense than academic intelligence. Love socialising with friends and don't mind meeting new people but not in large crowds. A local pubs would always win over a nightclub. Enjoy eating good food in a good restaurant and I'm more hotel than B&B. I am involved in various agricultural associations and love gardening, house renovation and genealogy - I come from a large farming family but don't farm myself although my daughter does. My favourite places up to now are Yogyakarta and Borobodur, Costa Rica, Scotland and Dubrovnik however, I'm up for finding a new favourite place. No preference for sea or mountains.
