About her
Life is exactly what we make it and mine is full of love and laughter and dogs, friends and family.
However, in the quieter moments it would be wonderful to love and to feel loved by someone tactile and demonstrative and thoughtful and chivalrous. To share our sunset years in nature, by a log fire, cooking in the kitchen of a beautiful home built together, travelling, enjoying nature, cities, watching the sunrise and hoping our sun doesn't set too soon....
My glass is always more than half full and I am close to my son and my daughter and blessed to have one beautiful granddaughter. I love my life, but I would rather be sharing it. No dramas, just love and freedom.
I am a young 62 and lift weights and keep fit and healthy. I'm not fanatical, I just enjoy the endorphines, I still eat well and enjoy sharing a glass of champagne, or red wine, or two..
Dog walks over the fields, up mountains, along beaches are a highlight to my week as I have 3 dogs. And I like the odd night in, knitting in front of the TV, or, curled up reading a good book in quiet companionship, with a roaring log fire.
I am as comfortable in welly boots as I am in high heels and pearls and, whilst this lady loves to be treated like a lady, I can also be adventurous and "make do" just for the fun of it.
Water has an enormous draw for me as I have lived by the sea for most of my life. I really enjoy canoing, sailing, paddle boarding, swimming and snorkelling, anything, especially in warmer waters and I am a habitual traveller very willing to learn about new destinations.
Actually, I live abroad in 2 beautiful countries but am in the process of relocating back to the UK, Oxford / Cotswolds. A vague idea might be to share beautiful homes in different countries?
South America and the Galapagos are on my Buvket List and I dream about buying a campervan or a yacht and just setting off. What's on your bucket list?
