Active, positive, seeks new companion for life’s journey. Suitably challenged at times, but life’s about learning. I have certainly been on a journey of late, and not entirely sure of my final destination.
I’m practical/ problem solving...adventurous. Not always successful, but I give it a go. I am not a townie, and reluctantly shop! I do love being wined and dined, and scrub up well. I do own a dress. I High heels though do present more of a challenge...
I love the mountains, the lakes, the coast, and embrace the environment and country living. The wild weather, the changing seasons, a warm fire and glass of wine with home cooked food.
My holidays are active, or have a large element of doing do. Road trip, skiing in the Alps, or somewhere new. Sailing, idly canoeing, most things really.
I appreciate animals, in the main horses, and dogs, and what they offer in terms of interest and companionship and diabolical moments 😂.
I’m also a bit arty (and wish I had more time). I enjoy taking photographs, seeing and capturing a moment in time.
Relaxing would be immersing myself in the environment, and or sharing a lovely experience in conducive company.
I do enjoy watersports, mountain sports..winter and summer, especially adore skiing. I’m happy to adjust my focus to someone new’s interests too. Potential partner needs to be house trained, happy outdoors, enjoy the company of dogs, and to become acquainted with my Aga.
I love sharing life’s experiences..but it’s more fun and rewarding with someone likeminded.

Kind, funny, active, practical problem solver, horse savvy (maybe), dog lover, travelling companion, DIY, cook, conversationalist, enjoys sharing life’s experiences, who loves nature and the outdoors.
My ideal match would be taller than I, handsome, slim/athletic, with a head of unruly hair and a sense of humour. Someone happy in jeans, who will get involved and have gentle but positive attitude. Someone happy to slide delicately into a lake, or put on some skis at the back door.. I’d love to climb again, get the canoe out, sail... someone to introduce me to new things, new adventures.. and laugh with me. As a realist, perhaps back to the drawing board.🙈
