About her
I'm mainly looking for an activity partner. I love walking, swimming, photography, camping and birdwatching and have a wide range of interests: wildlife, history, archaeology, art galleries, museums, markets ... I have a lot of curiosity and just love doing things and exploring! I enjoy socialising a lot too but I am very happy with my own company - I kept busy during lockdown.
I have a good sense of humour and love laughing. I'm interested in other people's lives and experiences and I'm a good listener too.
I live in northern Portugal and have been doing up a small ruin with its own wood, above a beautiful river. I live a simple life, along the lines of the Tiny House movement (my house is small but not tiny!). I teach and edit on a part time WFH basis.
I watch films, documentaries and occasional series on Netflix but I don't own a television.
I enjoy cooking (but I'm not a gourmet cook!) and being cooked for and I love barbecues, especially in winter!

I would enjoy meeting someone who enjoys the outdoors and at least some of the things above - someone who would also like to share their interests too. Someone with a good sense of humour and curiosity about the world. I like people who make me laugh but are also quite peaceful. I'm passionately European and non-Conservative so that's something that's non-negotiable.
