well here goes...!
Hello, I suppose I am fine on my own, However life would be so much more fulfilling shared with someone special.. I have a wonderful group of interesting friends, and run my own business close to where I live, in the Ribble Valley.
I have four , fully grown up children, who are supportive, without being overly intrusive, as they all have their own busy lives- they have given me wonderful funny and interesting grandchildren ranging in ages from 3 to 24! - who I adore and see when I can.
I have a wide range of interests , including Walking around this lovely area where I live, and beyond, into the trough of Bowland... I am also not too far from Manchester, and love the theatre and various music venues there- my taste in music spans many genres, from folk and Americana to rock and also classical and opera, I could live without TV, but not music!
I love Gigs and Concerts, but am also happy watching talented friends perform at local open mic sessions.
I am happy chopping and stirring in my kitchen creating food that tastes delicious - but forms the backdrop to lively and interesting conversations around the table with friends or family.
I am happy eating in, or out, with many great, award winning pubs and restaurants in my local area to choose from.
Art, , and literature , are also important, my reading taste is eclectic, I love the classics, but also read non fiction , anything that expands my knowledge base and keeps me interested... life is full of possibilities and all of it would be even better, with someone to share it with..,

Where to begin? Well someone who is that curious mix of chemistry and good friend, honesty, kindness and empathy are qualities I admire .... someone genuine, and is basically a good human being. Who is comfortable in there own skin.
