About her
I have been set up on here by my work colleagues who tell me I should start being more proactive in seeking out my soulmate... they (in their innocence) set up the initial 'My Single Friend' profile and contacted a couple of matches on my behalf (so any messages so far have been sent by them and not me so I hope they were kind to you!). Anyway, since discovering that the only difference between this and any other dating site is that friends are only supposed to write a recommendation and not set up the whole thing, I have now written a profile in my own words.
So, here I am....
The happy sole parent of one 18-year-old son (my pride and joy). I thrive on good music, good company and good coffee. I love being active outside in the sunshine and the wind, at the coast or the countryside; walking, talking (sometimes), laughing (often), cycling, swimming, listening to birdsong, watching the river flow; most forms of art, live music and nature, cloudy skies, stormy seas, starry, starry nights, night-scented stock, architecture, bonfires, old trucks, big things, floating on a boat, gazing out of the window, natural beauty, simple things... and much, much more.
